- Half a cup of prepared stuffing, no calories butter spray (refrigerated) = 110 calories.
- Third a cup of Giblet Gravy = 100
- Half a cup of mashed potatoes, skimmed milk and no calories butter spray (refrigerated) = 100
Do you notice the difference now! Now the basic of your meal, equals 440 calories (only 130 turkey calories).
