Tuna Calories - It’s All About Quality!

As you look at any Nutrition facts of tuna calories and daily values, you will notice how perfect it is for your diet plan. Well, since tuna calories and nutrition have 0% Carbohydrates, it is perfect for me as I was advised from the diet plan I had from Carb Rotation Diet.

Tuna offers a great variety of options for your daily meals, offering a handful amount of tuna calories for your diet. Low Tuna Calories Recipes

As I mentioned before, Tuna offers a great variety of daily meals options (breakfast, launch, dinner). Below I provided great recipes for each portion including a low amount of tuna calories.

TIP: Tuna calories in a can of tuna in water, includes less tuna calories and less fat than a can of tuna in oil.

Breakfast:

  • 50 gr. of canned tuna, keep it in its water/oil (In water its 58 tuna calories and in oil its 99 tuna calories. Put it between two slices of brown bread (95 bread calories), finally add lettuce and tomato.

Launch:

  • 90 g of canned tuna (In water, 104 tuna calories and in oil, 178 tuna calories) and a vegetables salad mixed with lemon juice, aside with a fresh average bun.
  • 2 slices of brown bread with tuna salad.

Dinner:

  • Boiled tuna and cabbage or broccoli, don’t forget the spaghetti in tomato sauce
  • 100 gr. of boiled tuna with margarine, lemon slice, broccoli and cauliflower.

Canned Package:

  • Light tuna in oil (80 gr. for serving) - 168 tuna calories.
  • Light tuna in water (80 gr. for serving) - 99 tuna calories.
  • Tuna in water (80 gr. for serving) - 109 tuna calories.

Raw:

  • Yellowfin tuna raw (80 gr. for serving) - 92 tuna calories.
  • Bluefin tuna raw (80 gr. for serving) - 122 tuna calories.
