Hamburger Calories - Prepared or Homemade?

As I started dieting and wanted a Hamburger, I always thought of Hamburger Calories, whether I was in McDonalds, Burger King or White Castle. Well, I prefer McDonalds, read my post about McDonalds Calories to know why!

My diet with, Carb Rotation Diet, was so helpful. As I learned that basic rule in diet, that NOT to prevent yourself from the food you like, but to eat it in controllable manner, such as hamburger calories. I did that and with all the other Diet advises, Carb Rotation Diet, gave me I am 20 pounds fewer.

How to Monitor Your Hamburger Calories?

Homemade hamburger is the solution of the “Hamburger Calories” query. I am really sorry, this time you have to get rid of all this fast food you purchase comparing to the Hamburger you will prepare at home since homemade Hamburger calories are lower.
If you read my post McDonalds Calories, you will see an example about the high hamburger calories, such as the 540 hamburger calories in the Big Mac. However, guess how much hamburger calories you’ll gain from homemade hamburger? lets make a small calculation:

The total of the calories in the Bun and the vegetables (Lettuce, onion, tomato, pickles) equals 150 calories.
If you want to add cheese, you may want to re-consider that since it will add up to 100 calories to your hamburger calories.
The ground beef “hamburger” package contains up to 250 hamburger calories per serving. You may also consider checking out the vegetable burger or a roasted chicken for a healthier and balanced diet.

Now if you make your right diet calculations with the right choices of course, your hamburger calories could be maximum 400 hamburger calories, which is way less than the prepared hamburger calories.
