Pork Calories - White Meat and Your Diet?!

As for the white meat, the pork calories are usually high in calories. In order to make the pork calories fewer and healthier, you need to choose the leanest part of the pork, which includes less pork calories and less fat.

Well, as I started my diet with Carb Rotation Diet, I learned that in order to prevent loss of muscle mass, I needed to take good protein sources. Carb Rotation Diet, the diet plan I joined, gave me great methods to maintain good metabolism and to lose enough weight (12 pounds in one month).

Pork calories - how to lower them?

First of all, you need to choose the part of the white meat that includes less pork calories (help yourself with the list below). After picking up the right part of the pork, you need to drain it and cook it very well. The most important after finishing all this, is to be careful with the dressing and topping. Since you worked hard to lower the pork calories, you need to work hard also to lower the sauces calories.

I will give you a great example for low pork calories with a delicious recipe. The pork recipe called Southern Pork Chops, you can prepare it only in 15 minutes.

The ingredients of Southern Pork Chops are: 4 rib chops of pork, 1/2 clove of garlic, 1 tsp. of paprika, 1 tsp. of salt, 1 tsp. of crumbled sage, 1/2 tsp. of cayenne pepper and 1/2 tsp. of pepper.

Take the garlic and rub it with both sides of the pork chops. The other ingredients, combine them and mixing them with the pork, using your hands to adhere. It’s easy, it’s delicious, it takes only 10 minutes to cook. How much pork calories it is? Only 125 pork calories! Great ha! Learn more how to choose the right recipes from this diet plan, Carb Rotation Diet.

Pork Calories Count Count!

McDonalds Calories - Should Be Re-considered!

I am sure you thought of McDonalds calories as your enemy. To face the facts, there are certain meals that are full of fat, calories, and carbohydrates. However, there are other meals that are not high in calories, and that is great start to control your McDonalds calories.

It’s a great thing to notice that when you are on a diet and it’s being successful and you’re losing weight. For instance, me; when I lost 7 pounds in the first two weeks with, Carb Rotation Diet. This plan gave me enough ideas to maintain a balanced diet plan. One of them, and it’s the most relative to McDonalds calories, is not to prevent yourself from food you love, but to find ways to control it.

McDonalds Calories on the Lead!

As I mentioned previously, McDonalds calories could be high! Such as:

  • 440 McDonalds calories in Double Cheeseburger.
  • 460 McDonalds calories in Big N’ Tasty.
  • 540 McDonalds calories in Big Mac.
  • 580 McDonalds calories in Premium Crispy Chicken Ranch in Sandwich.
  • 740 McDonalds calories in Double Quarter Pounder with cheese.

There are more lists of nutrition facts about McDonalds calories, which will obvious show how high are they. But the thing that we need to focus on is the low McDonalds calories.

As I learned from, Carb Rotation Diet, how take advantage of McDonalds’ cooking system and lower McDonalds calories. For example, to lower fat and McDonalds calories, order your sandwich without cheese, dressing or sauces. In addition, always order meals that meet your nutritional and diet needs.

For those who had kind of not good history with McDonalds, I advise that you start with this diet plan, Carb Rotation Diet, which will obviously change your life as it changed mine.

Fish calories - Push the risks away

When you think of fish, do you imagine a hot fresh fish with all the delicious toppings, or do you see numbers of high and low fish calories?

I am fat, I know what I’m talking about, before I began my diet plan with, Carb Rotation Diet, I used to eat and think of numbers numbers numbers. Calories were the only thing I thought about when I ate. Fish calories however, were unique for my carb diet.

Fish calories are unique… meanings?

So as for what you should think- you should be grateful to fish calories! Since it’s an amazing food, full of protein and low in fish calories, it’s better than chicken and meat!

Let’s face the facts about these fish calories goodies; I won’t focus on them but just to add bit information to your encyclopedia. Respect for fish calories goodies: Most important in fish, Omega 3. Fish is full of it, and it was proven that it prevents most of heart diseases and stroke, and it works very good as an anti-inflammatory.

Other parts of you, fish is good for:

  1. Development of the brain - better memory.
  2. Eyes - better vision.
  3. Blood - balance the blood sugar and lower blood pressure.

And most important it fights depression. what is depression? It is a result of low omega 3 in the brain. More fish, more omega 3, less depression,  being more optimistic for a better balanced healthy diet!

Fish Calories together with Omega 3

If you want these fish calories to start boost your energy and fill your body with the above benefits? Its enough to eat twice a week 3 oz serving each week. It’s also important to remember that not all types of fish are alike, and the way they are prepared makes big difference, whether it’s broiled baked or fried.

Bacon Calories - It is not like what you think!

You know bacon, it’s really small! Why to think there are many bacon calories and fat in it, when it’s lean meat? Unlike the red meat, it includes less bacon calories and way less fat. My weight loss plan I am following from, Carb Rotation Diet, taught me to remove this stereotype that lots of us have, meat equals fat.

Quoted from Carb Rotation Diet, that in order to maintain a good diet plan, you need to eat low-calorie food such as bacon calories that will boost your energy without increasing your cholesterol level, and will give you a perfect amount of nutrition to maintain or increase your metabolism.

Why Bacon Calories in Your Diet Plan?

Actually, if you will ask a dietarian about the bacon calories and nutrition facts, they’ll give you a positive answer. “FYI”, bacon is considered to be not only a good part of a healthy diet plan, but also a good way to not feel deprived of meat.

Bacon calories are very easy to burn, but let’s say in my case I loved bacon so much, well too much is not good for diet despite the low content of bacon calories. So you need to know how to decrease your bacon calories. The list of bacon calories below gives you a good fact about them. This tip below will also help you get over “too much” of them.

  • TIP: First things first, when the meat is cold and uncooked it contains bacteria. So cook the meat very well. Moreover, using the nutrition facts labels on the bacon, purchase the bacon that contains less bacon calories and fat. As I was advised from Carb Rotation Diet, to exercise specially after eating meat calories. This will help you to burn most of the fat you stored in your body from the bacon calories.

Which Bacon and how much bacon calories?

Your Big Question is how much bacon calories you will gain from this slice. One bacon thin slice weighs normally 12 grams, and one bacon thick slice is usually between 35 to 38 grams. As for your diet, it depends if you are on a very strict one. If yes, then the bacon calories should be equal to a tablespoon of bacon bits.

Use the table below to know how to control the bacon calories:

  • 1 tablespoon bacon bits - 20 bacon calories
  • 1 broiled medium slice (6 gr.) - 35 bacon calories
  • 1 slice (12 gr.) breakfast strip - 50 bacon calories
  • 1 raw medium slice (21 gr.) - 125 bacon calories
  • 1 vegetarian bacon slice (28 gr.) - 45 calories
  • 1 raw thick slice (38 gr.) - 210 bacon calories

Beef Calories

Beef Calories - on control!

The most important thing about diet is not to avoid the food that you like, but to go through it. Such as beef calories, who said I should avoid it? although it provides extreme amounts of fat and cholesterol.

As I learned from my diet plan, Carb Rotation Diet, the weight loss facts; that low fat foods, low calorie diets, low carb diet plans, do not work. You only need to think how to lose 2-3 pounds per week, without affecting your health and body structure.

Don’t let Beef Calories affect you, you affect them!

What you need to do to make the beef calories ”calories-less” is to take a small size portion of lean meat beef, drain thoroughly, you can also cook in the microwave or the oven to extinguish the fat. Don’t forget about the sauces, braise with fat sauces and glazes.

To offset the rest of fat, make sure to stew vegetables high in fiber and boiled potatoes. Most important, don’t cook in oil, or make giblet gravy and fried potatoes, which of course add calories to your list.

The Beef Calories Cooking Inquiry!

It is important to know the degree of temperatures to cook the beef, it is also important to know which part of beef you want to cook. I would recommend the loin and rib for dry cooking, as it is tenderer than other parts where the cow has more muscles (tough meat).

The importance of the cooking temperature is when it has juicier and contains more blood; it will have more beef calories. It is recommended that you cook it as Medium rare, medium or medium well.

  • Medium Rare: Is cooking in temperatures of 130 - 140°F (54 - 60°C) makes the beef juicy in the center.
  • Medium: Is cooking in temperatures of 140 - 150°F (60 - 66°C) makes it less juicy.
  • Medium well: Is cooking in temperatures of 150 - 160°F (66 - 71°C) which will result a thin line of pink in the center.

Beef Calories Count!

I am sure you came looking for this, a list of beef calories:

Don’t forget to count the homemade stuffing (1 cup = 400 calories), Giblet Gravy (1 cup = 300 calories), Mashed Potatoes (1 cup = 350 calories). This is only the basic regular meal, equals 1500 calories.

And yea, do not forget the desserts, which in classic cases reach 3000 calories.

How to make the magic recipe for your Turkey Calories!

As I would think, I do not want to break my diet. so I learned from the diet plan I just got from The Carb Rotation Diet, how to take this lots of calories and make them way less!

Let’s start making diet to this delicious meal, instead of above recipe, check recipe below with less turkey calories:

  • 130 turkey calories instead of 450 turkey calories: 3 Ounces of Roasted Turkey: Trimmed white meat with no skin and no fat. If you prefer Dark meat, it only contains 30 turkey calories more than the white meat.
  • Half a cup of prepared stuffing, no calories butter spray (refrigerated) = 110 calories.
  • Third a cup of Giblet Gravy = 100
  • Half a cup of mashed potatoes, skimmed milk and no calories butter spray (refrigerated) = 100

Do you notice the difference now! Now the basic of your meal, equals 440 calories (only 130 turkey calories).

If you want to learn this trick of how to deal with your “big calories” recipes, I advise that you go on this diet plan, The Carb Rotation Diet.

Let’s make a little bit Calculations!

Below is a list of turkey calories count for different type of turkey, cooked in different ways. Notice the difference between the turkey calories, study the numbers and make your own calculations for better recipes with less turkey calories.

Chicken Calories

Chicken Calories - I already got rid of the Meat!

In fact, I really got rid of the meat, since the amount of chicken calories is the lowest in all the “meat” family. Despite this, my diet confused me, I wanted to know numbers of chicken calories and fat, I wanted to know how to eat them and with what!

It was a bit confusing, so I took the extra mile to start taking all the queries together. Since I do not have time to go to ongoing dietarians’ appointments, I asked for professional programs I should go to online, since there are lots of programs.

As advised and now experienced, I went on this program called, Carb Rotation Diet. Well, these dietarians did help, since I got a perfect program that matches my chicken calories queries, I lost 7 pounds in the first two weeks.

Chicken Calories in one program with recipes!

The solution of my queries was that simple. First of all, I knew that no matter what, chicken calories without the chicken skin are less 5 times than chicken calories with the skin, “FYI” most of these skin chicken calories come from fat.

In addition to this important fact, you should know how to cook the chicken so it will be with less chicken calories. Below is an explanation about it with 100 gr. of raw chicken (skinless and boneless):

  • Stewed Chicken: 151 chicken calories.
  • Roasted Chicken: 165 chicken calories.
  • Fried Chicken: 187 chicken calories.

The way you eat it is also important, since chicken calories are not the only calories you will have in the meal. So, for me I like Stewed Chicken with broccoli, you can find many diet recipes about it.

Roasted Chicken, well Carb Rotation Diet, taught me that skinless chicken calories are less for sure than skin chicken calories. Make sure to put it skinless and with vegetables.

Well, actually I have nothing to say about the Fried Chicken Calories, I wouldn’t prefer it anyway for my diet. However, if you had some inquires about it, write down in the comments. As soon as I see it, I will respond to you.

Parts of Chicken Calories and more!

This list may answer some of your questions about chicken calories, check it out:

  1. 110 breast chicken calories, 170 calories with skin.
  2. 119 drumstick chicken calories, 161 calories with skin.
  3. 119 thigh chicken calories, 211 calories with skin.
  4. 120 leg chicken calories, 187 calories with skin.
  5. 124 giblet chicken calories.
  6. 125 dark meat chicken calories, 237 calories with skin.
  7. 126 wing chicken calories, 237 with skin.
  8. 137 back chicken calories, 319 with skin.

Sandwich Calories

Sandwich Calories - Better in Breakfast or in Dinner?

As I used to organize my daily diet list, I was always confused how much I should eat as a fast meal (Sandwich Calories). Well, once I started my diet I had some priorities; to control the number of calories i eat, to minimize the feeling of hunger and to find a way to maintain a healthy weight for a long time (the rest of my life).

Frankly, I couldn’t find a diet plan that matches my needs. For instance, I really needed to figure out how much sandwich calories I should eat as a small portion. In addition, which extras I need to put in order to make a sandwich calories-less.

The solution of my self-conflict about the sandwich calories!

First of all, I joined a great diet plan called Carb Rotation Diet that taught me which ingredients in food I need to avoid, like extra ingredients which increases the sandwich calories, simple ways to plan meals I love to eat, without having that much sandwich calories, and many strategies for buying the right foods for fat loss.

Following the said above, I figured out that I need to get rid of this thought of Diet that difficult to sustain and leave me cranky, hungry all day long. The good thing I learned from Carb Rotation Diet, which I think all of us should know, that diets that focus only on a few foods, are not realistic and will not last long.

The people who are looking for the real diet, the honest one, I strongly advise that you go ahead on this one: Carb Rotation Diet.

The Perfect count for sandwich calories!

Well, how to make a sandwich calories-less, diet sandwich. First of all, you need to know what your limit is and to know much sandwich calories there are.

As I was advised from Carb Rotation Diet, I can have up to 300 sandwich calories. As follows you need good sandwich calories. So, as a good base it is recommended to use a good quality of whole wheat bread (80 calories in sandwich per slice), only lean meat, and if you want cheese, choose the low fat one such as skimmed mozzarella (60 sandwich calories per slice).

Of course now the vegetables, which you can add any variety of lettuce, tomato, sliced bell pepper, pickles, thinly sliced cucumber, thinly sliced radish, thinly sliced carrot. On top of all that spread either light Mayo or mustard. Probably you would think like I did, lots of sandwich calories! No way, it is only 225 sandwich calories.

Oh, by the way if you want to know more about Sandwich Bread Calories, check out this blog I found that presents various lists of food calories, Bread Calories.

Count your sandwich calories!

If you are confused for the next few days what sandwiches you should make, this is a small list of sandwiches:
